[交流] 设置准入文字说明

建议各个分区、板块，设置准入文字说明。

比如：需要金币>30，则在分区、板块处，显示出来。

不要等点击进去了，又不准看。有的地方网速很慢，这太浪费时间了。

要不新人一个个去试，浪费时间，是吧？做人要厚道，是吧？
